THE REAL STORY OF INDIA

India, as a country with a rich history and civilization, is often considered to be one of the world’s oldest continuous civilizations. The history of India dates back thousands of years, with evidence of ancient settlements and cultures that existed in the region as far back as the Indus Valley Civilization, which is estimated to have thrived around 2500 BCE. Indus valley had No Temples in the city and hens no religion.

India was the richest country in the world and traded with  Arab world thousands of years such goods as Spices,Incense, Perfumes,textiles  and more goods.That were sold in the bazaars of turkey but the Europeans did know where they came from other than stories of the mystical land called Hindustan.

All the goods shipped from Asian side of the river to European side so no one knew.

Persians have a long history of contact with the Indian subcontinent, dating back to ancient times. The interaction between Persians and the Indian subcontinent occurred through trade, cultural exchange, and invasions.

The initial Islamic influence in India dates back to the early 8th century when Muhammad bin Qasim, a general of the Umayyad Caliphate, invaded Sindh (present-day Pakistan). This marked the beginning of Islamic rule in the region.

The Delhi Sultanate, established in the 13th century, saw the rule of various dynasties with Persian and Central Asian origins. These rulers included the Ghurids, Khaljis, Tughlaqs, and other Turkic and Persian-speaking dynasties. They governed parts of northern India, including Delhi.

Sikhism whole goal was to stop the Muslim ruler to stop elimination of Indian culture in India. If you did not become Muslim you were be headed, wife & children take as slaves.

Sikhism emerged in response to the religious and social conditions of the time. Guru Nanak was deeply concerned about the religious divisions and social inequalities prevalent in the region during the late 15th century. He sought to bridge the gap between the Hindu and Muslim communities, which were the two dominant religious groups in the area, and to promote a more inclusive and egalitarian spiritual path.

After 10 generation of onslaught on Indian by muslin ruler the 10 th in line Guru Guru Gobind Singh wanted to start warrior race called Khalsa to stop the rulers from pushing Islam on Indians.

He took saying in India  : you can talk to people all you want but they do not listen and are still bad they will only  listen if you beat the shit out of them.

At a rally he asked for 5 volunteers to be beheaded the people were in shock. one said came forward they took him in the back but only beheaded goat put white sheet on the head of goat brought to the front they were in shock. as the story goes 5 did come forward. Than there was a roar in the crowd. they were asked to be stay quite. Godind Singh went back of the tent and brought the 5 person to the front and made them the generals of Khalsa warrior. Khalsa warriors were able to bring down the Islamic rulers in line to stop annihilation of Indian culture. Thus Sikhs were called savoury of Indian culture.

Christopher Columbus began his voyages of exploration in search of a westward route to India and the Far East in the late 15th century. His first voyage, which is famous for his arrival in the Americas, began on August 3, 1492. When he found Americas he thought found India and call the natives Indians.

Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama is particularly renowned for this achievement. In 1498, Vasco da Gama successfully sailed around the southern tip of Africa, known as the Cape of Good Hope, and reached the southwestern coast of India. This voyage established a direct maritime route from Europe to India, bypassing the overland routes that went through the Middle East and Central Asia.

In the 18th and 19th centuries, the British East India Company expanded its control over India, leading to the establishment of British colonial rule. This marked the end of indigenous Islamic rule in India.

After the second war, the British government realized the impracticality of holding on to India. Lord Louis Mountbatten, the last Viceroy of India, played a key role in the transition to independence. India was partitioned into two separate nations, India and Pakistan, and both countries gained independence on August 15, 1947.

It’s important to note that the struggle for independence involved a multitude of leaders, organizations, and events over several decades, and it was a complex and multifaceted process. Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of nonviolent resistance, or Satyagraha, played a central role in the movement and continues to be celebrated in India’s history.

Modern India is now the 5 largest economy in the world.

India’s moon landing south pole by Chandarayaan -3 on the dark side made history as the only country to achieve this on 23 Aug 2023.
